Unfortunately due to the current circumstances there will be a delay in dispatching from our warehouse. This means orders may take an average of 2-8 working days to be dispatched. After which shipping may take longer during this current climate.
When importing goods to some countries orders may be subject to customs fees. To find out if this applies to you please seek information from your local government.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Customs & Import Fees
As all orders are currently shipped from Europe, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Angry Panda Fitness, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

How do I track my order?
GOT AN ANGRY PANDA FITNESS ACCOUNT?
Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here.
I DON"T HAVE AN ANGRY PANDA FITNESS ACCOUNT
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way".
You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-8 business days to be dispatched.
